Liverpool are League Cup Champions Again! LFC have now won 9 League Cups, more than any other team. The reds have lifted the trophy in 1980-81, 1981-82, 1982-83, 1983-84, 1994-95, 2000-01, 2002-03, 2011-12 and now 2021-22 after defeating Chelsea in the final on the 27th February 2022. We won it in Wembley! This League Cup Winners Hoodie showcases Wembley stadium, affectionately known by Liverpool fans as ‘Anfield South’ because we play there so often! The tagline is inspired by the old favourite song “We Won it Five Times” referring to our European Cup win in London, the lyrics to which are below and of course includes the updated version from after we made it 6 in Madrid.
