Then Liverpool announced the signing of Colombian Luis Diaz almost out of nowhere. It felt like a signing for next season but Diaz had other ideas. He immediately hit the ground running with sensational skills and workrate. By the end of the season he’d pretty much cemented himself as first choice in our front 3 and definitely a fan favourite.
